This salad bowl was made from Big Leaf Maple. It measures 12" x 4 1/2". Made by Terry Miller, Seattle
 
The wooden serving spoons were carved by Michael Alexander @woodenspoonfool made of Plum. 
The bowl and spoons have a food safe finish.
 

This framed fractur, believed to be the original artwork, was a wedding gift to Bob and Thelma Kauffman. It was created by Pennsylvania artist Roma Ruth in 1976.  The quote is by Mennonite minister Benjamin Hershey from  1776.

It says:

“Blessed are the peace makers.” We have dedicated ourselves To serve all men in everything that can be helpful to the preservation of men’s lives,  but we find no freedom in giving , or doing, or assisting in anything by which men’s lives are destroyed or hurt.

Choice cuts, roughly a quarter cow, of locally raised beef, largely steak and roast cuts.
